There are different types of wall-mounted awnings, perhaps the most traditional and “classic” to install. For this purpose, mounting hardware is mounted on the base, and the awning is screwed securely in place. Special mounting hardware for thermal insulation systems is available on the market. Wall mounting is available for all our articulated arm awnings.
We can also choose different types of mounting for our awnings, other than wall-mounted awnings. This will depend not only on the architecture of the space, the walls, and the location, but also on the type of awning we choose. Wall-mounted awnings are fixed structures and must have a strong and secure hold on a wall. Therefore, our technicians will visit your terrace or garden and assess the installation.
The wall awning options that exist are:
- Articulated arms with chest or semi-chest
- Straight-point awnings for balconies and windows
- Store awning that is screwed to the balcony railing
- Hoods
- Windbreak awning
- Pergola-type awnings such as: palilleros, tensaldos and A2.

Fixing options for awnings
Wall awnings: The most classic and are attached to the walls of the terrace or garden.
- Roof and gable mounting: If wall mounting is not possible or appropriate, there is also the option of mounting the awning directly to the ceiling. Special brackets are mounted directly to the ceiling for this purpose. Mounting to gable mounting is also possible, provided the gable offers sufficient load-bearing capacity.
- Recessed mounting: For installation situations with limited space, recessed mounting is available. In this case, the awning is integrated into an existing recess, or a specially designed recess, and thus “blends” into its surroundings when retracted.
- Foundations: Foundations are typically used especially for free-standing awning systems that are not connected to a wall. In addition to the usual concrete foundations, foundations are also available specifically for certain awning models. For more information, our technical department can advise you.
- Ballast boxes: If the awning system’s columns cannot be firmly anchored to the ground, some models also offer the option of using ballast boxes to firmly anchor the system to the ground. For this purpose, the metal boxes are filled with sand and gravel to ensure a secure position.
- Wall connection profile: Some of our free-standing awning systems can be attached to a wall, providing extremely stable sun and weather protection.
- Easy-Go Lever: The awning-parasol is also available in a flexible version that allows the entire shade to be rotated 335°. This allows you to adapt the shaded area to the current situation.
- Column shape: In some awning systems, you can freely choose between round or square column variants, allowing the awning design to blend seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
- Height-adjustable columns: To ensure proper drainage of rainwater or to respond to varying sun positions, our two pergolas can also be equipped with folding columns. These can be operated optionally with a crank or motor.

Accessories for wall awnings
In wall awnings we can add:
- Fabrics or canvas: Different designs, colors, opacities, and technical characteristics such as waterproofing, among many others.
- Wind, sun, and rain sensors that will help protect you from various inclement weather conditions.
- LED lights, the lighting in the awnings creates a unique atmosphere at night.
- Motor. If your awning is large, we recommend motorizing it. Thanks to its motor, you can also opt for a home automation application and open and close it remotely with a single button.
